Loveland, Colorado
Fractional COO for Loveland business owners
We improve businesses. So your Loveland business can run without you.
What we do for Loveland business owners
- Operating Partner. A senior operator who runs the day to day with you, a few days a week, until the business runs on a steady rhythm.
- Turnaround. For owners whose cash, margin or sales are sliding. We find out what is really happening, stop the bleeding, and put a weekly rhythm in place.
- Succession Operating Partner. For owners getting ready to sell, hand off, or step back. We get the business to the point where it can run without you.
- Selling to Your Employees. Thinking about selling to your team through an ESOP, an employee ownership trust or a co-op? We get the business ready to run without you, and work alongside your attorney and valuation firm.
- The 30-Day Test. A free scorecard that shows how much your business depends on you.

How we work
The Brandimarte Charter
Five plain steps, the same on every job.
- Step 1: ScoreYou take the free 30-Day Test. It shows how much the business depends on you.
- Step 2: FitA short paid review of how the business runs today, to choose the plan and the weekly rhythm that fit your team and your stage.
- Step 3: InstallWe put the plan in place in 90-day builds, with clear owners for every number.
- Step 4: RunWe run it each week with your team until a number two owns the seat. If you need one, we help find and place that person.
- Step 5: Hand off or holdYou choose: hand it off, keep us running and growing it, or get it ready to sell.
Running a business in Loveland
Loveland is growing, and it also has the oldest population of any city we serve. The population went from 66,859 in 2010 to 76,378 in 2020, with an estimated 81,387 in 2025. At the same time, 21.3 percent of residents are 65 or older, the highest share of any of our cities. For owners who built their companies here over the last few decades, planning what comes next is a real conversation.
New building keeps coming. Construction is underway on Avenue South, a 140-acre district in the Centerra area near U.S. 34 and I-25. The plans include nearly 2,000 homes, including 475 single-family houses and about 1,250 apartments, condos and townhomes, along with 18 restaurants and 33 retailers.
The Loveland Chamber of Commerce runs the Loveland Business Development Center, which offers free one-on-one business consulting along with low-cost training. The Larimer County Small Business Development Center, hosted by Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, says it works with owners on everything from a first dream to "a successful succession plan." The Northern Colorado Construction Sector Partnership also brings local builders together on workforce and training.
A Loveland owner planning to retire or sell should not have to be the glue holding the business together. We help build the plan, the numbers and the leadership so it holds together on its own.
