Fractional COO for Littleton business owners
We improve businesses. So your Littleton business can run without you.
What we do for Littleton business owners
- Operating Partner. A senior operator who runs the day to day with you, a few days a week, until the business runs on a steady rhythm.
- Turnaround. For owners whose cash, margin or sales are sliding. We find out what is really happening, stop the bleeding, and put a weekly rhythm in place.
- Succession Operating Partner. For owners getting ready to sell, hand off, or step back. We get the business to the point where it can run without you.
- Selling to Your Employees. Thinking about selling to your team through an ESOP, an employee ownership trust or a co-op? We get the business ready to run without you, and work alongside your attorney and valuation firm.
- The 30-Day Test. A free scorecard that shows how much your business depends on you.

How we work
The Brandimarte Charter
Five plain steps, the same on every job.
- Step 1: ScoreYou take the free 30-Day Test. It shows how much the business depends on you.
- Step 2: FitA short paid review of how the business runs today, to choose the plan and the weekly rhythm that fit your team and your stage.
- Step 3: InstallWe put the plan in place in 90-day builds, with clear owners for every number.
- Step 4: RunWe run it each week with your team until a number two owns the seat. If you need one, we help find and place that person.
- Step 5: Hand off or holdYou choose: hand it off, keep us running and growing it, or get it ready to sell.
A Littleton company we know from the inside
Build a Bath, the bath remodeler on our turnaround page, was a Littleton company. We sat right off Santa Fe and C-470, so most of the south metro was about 15 minutes away outside rush hour.
I worked the home shows myself. Homeowners here were not shopping for the cheapest or fastest job. They wanted quality they could show off. So we aimed our marketing at those homeowners and built the business around what they valued.
That's the same work we do for Littleton owners now: find your best customers, then build the business around them.
Running a business in Littleton
Littleton has a real place in the story of how towns help local business. In 1987, after the big defense plant just outside town cut about 7,000 jobs, the Littleton City Council told its staff to "work with local companies to create good jobs." What came out of that was Economic Gardening: grow the companies you already have instead of chasing new ones from out of state. The idea spread to cities across the country.
That spirit still shows. The City of Littleton's Economic Development department offers no-cost resources to businesses in city limits. The Littleton Business Chamber runs committees for restaurants and hospitality, Latino business owners, women in leadership and young professionals. And the South Metro Denver Chamber traces its roots to 1921, when it started out serving Englewood and Littleton.
Littleton is an established town. The 2020 Census counted 45,652 residents, and about one in five is 65 or older. If you are an owner who has been at it for twenty or thirty years, the question of what happens to the company when you step back is not abstract.
Economic Gardening was about growing what you already have. So is our work: we take the team you have, give every number an owner, and build toward a business that runs without you.
